Order Processing & Cutoff Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer the following shipping options based on order weight and destination:

• Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Free on orders over $39.99)
• Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time calculated at checkout based on location

Tracking Information

• You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier physically picks up the package.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and dispatched.
